The third round of the 2025 Mecca-X Championship took place at the incredible Iden MX track in East Sussex last weekend.
It was an amazing event with a great atmosphere, prime track and the best quality racing throughout the classes. We at Mecca-X/X-Bladez thank all our members and riders who have supported our events in this, our first year. We appreciate your support and are looking forward to maintaining the momentum throughout this season while building a future for our Mecca-X motocross community.
In the autos Elik Miller raced hard with the 65s giving him a first overall in the auto class and good results in the races.
The 65cc class saw some high standard racing with Roy Townley taking the overall, closely followed by Finlee Pope in second, Freddy Budgen in 3rd, Charlie Campbell in 4th, Louie Peet 5th and Saul Herring in 6th.
Johnny Wright once again took home the overall win in the SW 85s with maximum points. Tyler Peaty back from injury in 2nd, Vinnie Broadley in 3rd with 118 points. Closely followed by Jenson Borret in 4th with 116 points. Harry Skillen 5th, Ciaran Reene 6th, Leo Beecham in 7th, and 8th was Jack Richardson. Unfortunately, Harrison Chapman retired early due an injury.
The BW 85cc racing saw high-standard racing with Henry Lewis taking the overall after some solid rides. Dylan Standing was 2nd, Riley Skillen 3rd with a good ride, Charlie Reeves 4th, Olly Borg 5th, Troy McGrath 6th, Chloe Cordner 7th, 8th was Olly Ward and Sonny Shipton was 9th.
In the 125 Youth class Freddie Saunders was the overall winner with 130 points, closely followed by Luke Hodgson with 129 points. Reggie Willet rounded out the podium in 3rd. Behind the top three were Sonny Bixby, Freddy Willet, Ruby Shipton, Lewis Dolan and Jay Foreman.
Elsewhere in the Youth 250 class, Harry Farlam continued his championship-winning campaign with his second overall win of the season. He was trailed by Jayden Williams in 2nd, Lenny Wright 3rd, Daniel Charman 4th, Oliver Rimmer 5th, Archie Collingwood 6th and Harry Fitzpatrick 7th.
Steve Bixby was victorious in the Vets 35+ class. He edges Paul Barrand and Max Wood.
In the vets 50+ class Neil Melen was won on 132 points, Antony Lambert-Williams was 2nd and Grant Byford 3rd.
The clubman C class saw some intense racing throughout the field with Oakley Guy coming out on top, scoring 128 points over second-placed Zak Christie and Connor Anderson in third.
In the Clubman B group, Harry Whitlock came home with an overall win. Kurt Richardson was 2nd and Ricky Bowden in a close 3rd place.
Finally, the Clubman A group witnessed quality racing between championship leader Levi Saunders and Ricky Carter. The racing was close and intense throughout all three races. Saunders emerged as the winner, followed by Ricky Carter and Leon Ongley.

The fourth round of the championship will take place over the weekend of the 21st and 22nd of June at the home of Mecca-X, Sellindge MX, in Kent.
